Nourish is a monthly self-development programme for BAME women aged 21+. Nourish is a half day retreat which uses a holistic combination of shadow work, yoga, creative movement, and mindfulness. We provide a safe space for participants to invest in their mental wellbeing and emotional development. Every Nourish retreat ends in a highly nutritious community meal (and recipe card!) to come together after the exploratory work.


Participants are encouraged to join our invite-only Instagram page where we share wellbeing advice, Instagram lives, and healthy recipes to name a few. You can find our monthly blog below where we share inspirational stories, wellbeing guidance and motivational tips.
